When I insert a comment, right click to change format, it is showing ONLY the Font options. None of the other tabs are there. I am pretty sure I have seen them there before. I tried it in different files and it does not show up anywhere. Using Win7 with Excel 2010. Any idea how to fix this?

I cannot remember that any other options, other than Font Options, were ever available.

nevermind, i figured it out. you ave to click on the comment border not the text to get the other options to come up
