Split Table help

Hi guys
I am trying to split this table in Excel with no luck, this table is generated by a macro in Access and what I need is:
1. to delete the values which does not repeat in the Column B ( the one in Yellow)
2. Fill the empty Cells with the value 0
3. Sort the table and split is in two tables by column A ( the date Range of the Week)

Please help me I am desperate

Did you attache the correct file, I dont see any yellow values (in B or anywhere else)
