    Converting Dates in my sheet

    Hi Guys,

I have this sheet in which I want these three columns:

    C, F, M

to be formatted as dates in UK format dd/mm/yyyy

I also want the rows to be sorted in reverse chronological order (newest first) according to the dates in column M. I want this to be permanent not just a filter sort. I am having a world of problems with this, could anyone help? Thanks

    I attach the sheet. Thanks
