How to filter text that contains an asterisk *

Hello,

I have a list of names I need to filter, some names contain an asterisk and some don't. I need to filter the ones that do..

I'm going through regular channels of Data > Filter > Text filter > Ends with, however Excel has an exception for the asterisk to represent any character, which renders my filter useless!

I've tried search engines, searching these forums, but it always seems to be filtered out so I can't get a result. Anybody know what to do in this situation?

Oh thanks so much! It's incredibly simple if you know it. I had been using quotations which messed up everything.
