Copying list from website to excel

Hello Excelperts!

I wonder if there is some way to copy a list from a website to an excel sheet.

I am referring to this particular website.

http://www.tbex.com/
There is a cashflow savings calculator on this site.
I want to copy the categories stated in step 1 of this calculator to an excel sheet.

Is there some easy way to do this?

G'day

I think my way is simple enough.

View source page through your internet browser (this is a right click option) then find the information copy and paste the information into excel then Ctrl+H (Find and Replace). This step is to remove the web code tags. Eg Find <option> Replace leave that field empty.

Then you can this.............

Edit: The text that you have entered is too long (12394 characters). Please shorten it to 10000 characters long. That's what I get is I leave the whole list in this post.

Thank you for assistance,

I need to clear my situation.

Actually I am making excel based calculator of this web calculator. I want to copy that list as it is, not only the text but drop down box as well.

Next step I want that when I click on some item from the list, it automatically moves to STEP 2 categories list. You can see how it works on web version of calculator from the link given above.
