Copy Highlighted Cell from one tab to another

Hello,

I have a master schedule on one tab and want to copy each individuals schedule onto separate tabs. I don't want to have to copy the information again if I make changes to the master so I put ="Master"Cell# to copy the information over. Unfortunately, the color that the cells are highlighted on the master, did not copy over. Can anyone help me get both the text and the color copied, without using copy/paste?

I've attached the spreadsheet I am working on. I've manually highlighted the cells in "Mark's Schedule", but what I'd like to do is not have to do this manually! You can see I've started to copy Neke's schedule over, but the color has not come.
