excel error every time i open the workbook

    excel error every time i open the workbook

    i get the following error everytime i open my workbook

    Removed Records: Object from /xl/printerSettings/printerSettings2.bin part (Print options)
    Removed Records: Object from /xl/printerSettings/printerSettings3.bin part (Print options)


    ive tried everything.
    ive attached the workbook (obviously with all data removed).
    someone please help me out and let me know how to resolve this.

    It appears that the macro in the workbook runs on opening the workbook and it either isn't finding what it is looking for or it is simply malfunctioning. An enquiry in the VBA section might get you some good advice.

    dont think it has anything to do with the macro. removed the macros and saved it as a normal xls document and yet theres still the same problem

    I don't know that I can provide any assistance, but this is what I'm experiencing.

    When I first open it in Excel 2007, it gives me a warning that there is unreadable content. It then goes through a repair and shows the error message discussed above. (on sheet2 and sheet3)
    The workbook contains no data; no VBA modules.
    Only sheets a, b, c & d show in the base display although Sheet2 and Sheet3 show up in the VBA Project pane.

    My guess is that there is something in Sheet2 and/or Sheet3 that is causing the problem (as the error message indicates). The repair log shows the following:
