adding text from one cell to another cell

Hello everyone,

I have a test booklet attached to better clarify what I need. There are rows of billing and payments. For instance, A2-G2 is the bill, and A3-G3 is the payment. in the description column I need what's under the billing description to be included in what's under the payment description. SO, if the Billing column's description says "Partial HOSP HCPCS" and the payment column's description says "UR MEDPRO 1", the revised description for the payment column would be "UR MEDPRO 1, Partial HOSP HCPCS". I hope that makes sense! Is there a simple formula that would work? Thanks in advance!

we donot have any common link between 2nd and 3rd to identify 3rd row payment is made for 2nd row,
assuming each one is one after another and have qty only in billing columns ..

new column having new desc would be
=IF(D2="",E1&E2,"")

Thank you for your quick response. To keep the security of my company safe, I had to remove the common links between the billing and payments. The even rows are the billings, and the odd rows are the payments. they are all paired together already, so no need to worry about matching them. Also, is there a way to avoid creating a new column? Otherwise, thanks for your help!

the formula works, except when i drag it down across all of the data, it gets ahead of the information immediately, and it is no longer accurate!

May be you are missing something ...
also their are many extra character "space" in description.... kindly check attachment
