Copy and Paste only blank columns?

Lets say I have the following worksheets:

Sheet 1 (-4 denotes blank spaces):

1 232 -4 -4 ...
2 -4 3232 23 ...
3 44 188 -4 ...
4 -4 3232 233 ...
.
.
.

and Sheet 2:

1 864 21 22 ...
2 24 3232 23 ...
3 542 188 23 ...
4 25 3232 233 ...
.
.
.

I want to copy lets say Column B values in Sheet 2 that ARENT in Sheet 1. So basically a special copy to copy only in blank spaces (denoted by -4).


So my Sheet 3 will look like:
1 232 -4 -4 ...
2 24 3232 23 ...
3 44 188 -4 ...
4 25 3232 233 ...
.
.
.

Hi Drigomaniac,

It looks like you want to copy every other line from alternate worksheets onto sheet 3?

Do you have an example file to post with the before & after details you need?

Hi Drigomaniac,

Just copy sheet one. Then go to sheet two and in in cell a1 right click and paste special and in the popup window tick the skip blanks option.

*edit - reading your post agian this doesn't look like it will work. Sorry...
