Data Validation ISSUES!!!

So I have this file where I need some data validation... I have looked through many solutions but none seem to help or I just don't get it... but here goes my explanation.

On the attached file columns G,H,I and J is where I want the validation to go. G and H are done already meaning they work just fine, but I and J are the issue I just cant get the third and fourth lists.

My lists are in Columns "AA:AG"

Can some one please help and let me know what I am doing wrong?
