Working Schedule

Evening Folks,

I have a schedule that several people fill out called Days & Nights.
Lately, folks have been filling out the wrong cells and I need to prevent it.
I came up with a splash worksheet that the person can come in and select their name from a drop down and fill out the schedule thus insuring that they only fill out there schedule.
I created a Temp worksheet to store data.
I've been able to write to the cells across the splash and temp worksheets.
I've been bale to copy that data to what will eventually be the final schedule.

The problem I am having is the data keeps changing every time I change the value of the drop down menu.
I fill out the data for the first individual... it writes it to all the appropriate places... when I change the drop down to another person all the data is overwritten.
How do I prevent it from changing.
