Data Validation Lists

Thanks in advance for helping me resolve this problem.

Please refer to attachment in first instance.

What I need - in Form worksheet in cell D5 I have a validation list of Team Managers who work in my department.

Is there anyway I can allow my agents who update the document to view only the members of a that team in a validation list in cell F5. So, a member of Kieran Devaney's team when updating the document would select in cell D5 Kieran, then from F5 I would like it to show only members of Kierans team so it saves time selecting agent names.

In worksheet User Names and TM List I have included an updated list of teams and agents.

You are talking about dependent drop down lists. It would probably be more practical if you listed the team managers across the top row with their team members underneath them. You would need then to create named ranges for each team. Then after selecting the team leader in the first DV List, you'd use INDIRECT to refer to the relevant team members.

Have a look at the Contextures web site for examples. Note that you will probably need VBA to clear dependent lists.
