Code and Formula to print dynamic print area ranges

Hi All,
I am looking for two different formula and codes to create a dynamic print area for two separate circumstances. In the first example, the dynamic range is in the middle of the workbook.
The second example is for a worksheet that contains formula but should print only up to the last row containing data. This workbook has a code to auto number the next row, but that row, unless columns B to E are filled should not be included in the print range.

For both examples, it would be great if the last row, the bottom border had a double line.

If there is a general code that prints only up to the last completed row, that would be very helpful as well.
Please be detailed in the instructions so that I can follow the steps more easily.
