Weird 'Minimized' Window that Cannot be Enlarged when Workbook is Opened. Plz Help!!

Hello you experts,

So everytime I open this workbook the worksheets are in something of a 'minimized' window that cannot be expanded. I've been working on this sheet for a number of months and it just started doing this...please help, I cannot afford to redo all the code and formatting and such in this workbook. I've attached the file so yall can see what I'm talking about, it will appear normal at first, but if you save it and then open it up again it will do the thing I'm talking about.
