Moving Company Receipt Ideas

I was talking with one of my friends who is thinking about opening a moving company. He was looking for an excel spreadsheet where he could calculate the following:

Average State Gas Prices
Miles Traveled
Gas Consumed
Average Speed
Weight Load
etc

I'm thinking about this in regards to receipt and tax refund purposes.

Any thoughts on the formulas or even extra ideas to help a guy get his moving company going would be greatly appreciated!
