    Index Match Multiple Criteria

    Hi-

Not sure if this is the best approach/formula, but i have attached my s/s.

I am trying to create a formula to pull in the mgmt fee% into the investor capital forecast tab, based on two vaiables. The client's AUM(column B), and their Tier (column A). It should pull in 1.157% from the Mgmt fee schedule tab, based on AUM of 314MM, and Tier 3. Please let me know your thoughts.

    Thanks
