I know its easy!!

Hi all!!
I really need help and I know its easy but I don't know why it doesn't work .I have a row with numbers etc 5515 and I want to fill in with the rows to get numbers every 10s like 5515
5525
5535 and so on...
Any help is really appreciated!!
