Fill Cell Color based on start & end date.

Hello Again,

I need help on very critical issue. The summary is when a date is entered in column F the week number should automatically start filling color (Yellow). It should fill color (Yellow) until a date is entered in column G. More details below.

When a user enter start date in column F then cell color (Yellow) will be filled automatically in columns I, J, K, etc.. and continue till the user entered end date. Once the user enter end date then fill color should be stop fill the color.

For example: Start date is 08-09-2013 and end date will be 23-09-2013 the fill colors will be from column J till Column K (Yellow) column L will be green color as that week has end date.

If the date goes beyond 30-11-2013 then the color will be red.
