    Is there even a formula for this!?

    Hey guys,

    I need some help. I have a huge document that needs to be reformatted. I don't want to copy & paste to match the new format. I have attached in the following excel file of what I want.
    Let me know if there is a formula to do that or if I will have to copy & paste everything..

    Alternate between BEFORE & AFTER tabs.
