I would first recommend retitling your post to something in line with what you're looking for.

Does your raw data have any commonalities?
Are all roadways abbreviated?

They certainly don't all seem to have commas, so using that as a delimiter seems out of the questions. The only identifying characteristics would be Postal Code, Province abbreviation, and leading address numbers.
