    Populating Data from several worksheets to make a Single List

    Hello guys,

    I'm working on a workbook with several names for every month and I'd like to populate the names from the different worksheets to have a list in another worksheet to make a summary avoiding duplicates and making sure every name is captured.

    I have attached a sample sheet....populate_2013.xlsx

    While it could be a big job, I would advise completely redesigning your workbook.
    Now, you can easily summarize all this data anyway you like, even creating monthly sheets ( with Pivot Tables f.i.)
    If, for some cosmetic reason, you like titles to be centered, use Format - Alignment - Center across selection, instead of merging

    @Pepe Le Mokko thanks but this is a workbook someone has completed data entry on and i'm only suppose to make a summary report on it, redesigning the workbook will mean having to enter all the data again and that will be another big job. I need a simple and automatic way i can populate all the names to the summary sheet so i can use a simple lookup function to pull the totals from all the sheets.
