Copy& paste the data one sheet to another sheet if the condition is true

Hi,

I need to copy the row data from sheet1, if the DEPT is HR and paste the same into sheet 2.

Qus:
data table ( Sheet 1)

SL EMP ID DOJ DEPT
1 12341 9/17/2010 HR
2 12342 9/17/2010 HR
3 12343 9/17/2010 OPS
4 12344 9/17/2010 OPS
5 12345 9/17/2010 HR

Ans:
Paste the row data into ( sheet2 )

SL EMP ID DOJ DEPT
1 12343 40438 OPS
2 12344 40438 OPS


Please help me with excel formula or with VBA coding.
