Inventory with Excel

Im a newbie here.

I need help with this Inventory project.
Been looking for about a 2 days and don't seem to find anything similar to what I need.
We run a small business that involves a lot of exporting and Inporting.
I have and idea of how i want this inventory to look but can't figuer out exactly how to make it work.

I am using a barcode scanner (Symbol P470 Keyless) I want to be able to put the Qty amount and scan a barcode and let it update the list.
Its pretty hard to explain right now since im a little stressed out with this.

Take a look at the attached file so you can get a idea of what i want to do.
