how to delete duplicated rows but keep cell spacing

Hi folks,

I have a seemingly easy problem that I cannot solve. Basically, in the file attached, I have one single column (A) with many rows that repeat themselves. What I want is to remove the duplicated rows but keep the space in between the rows (this is mandatory).


Any help is much appreciated!

Insert a new column A

Put thi formula in cell A1

Then use the "remove duplicates" using column A
Then delete column A
