It's not clear from your code which column you want as a date.
Usually in a listbox the 3rd column would have an index of 2.
However, you are putting "" in the 1st column of the listbox.
So the 3rd visibly populated column is the 4th column in the listbox, which has an index of 3.
Anyway, try this.
