I have a report in Excel that brings data into it from various Access queries. All my links in Excel are updating when I refresh, except one. I have checked the connections and properties, and cannot figure out what is wrong. I have also opened a new Excel workbook and tried to create a link to the particular Access query, and it only produces the old data, not the new data from the query. It is like there is some memory out there that is not clearing out. Can anyone help!
How are you connecting to the Access file? Are you using VBA or using the wizard in Excel? Give us some more information on your connection and what is different for the one that is not returning expected results.

I am connecting to the Access file through the Excel ribbon: Data, Get External Data, From Access.
Are you sure you are selecting the correct query and not an old one that you may not have deleted after updating to a new one? Just double checking?
