Thanks Ramananhrm, it was simply great to see the solution, can you do me favour, will you please explain the formula so that I can check with more data in the Sheet1 & Sheet2 as have check and tried to put some more data in the sheet 1 & Sheet2 but it is not working. It is effectively for the given set of data.
