How to change time zone in Excel file?

    How to change time zone in Excel file?

    eg:
    "A" column is in CET timezone
    How to change A column's time to Chinese timz one (GMT +8, CET +6)

    BTW, do I need to change the cell to specific attrubite,eg: date, time, etc?
