Thank you very much for you prompt action. But I want to know how can I do this. Could you tell me step wise process?

All you have to do is to click on the field where it says "Male" and then you have to re-sort it by selecting from Z to A. Unfortunately, I do not have Excel 2003 version to walk you through step by step.
