Excel 2007 Filter not dropping down to see the menu, instead it requires right-click.

I'm try to help a co-worker's Excel 2007 spreadsheet that has a filter on it, but it doesn't work as it should. It requires right-clicking on each cell.
Any thoughts on how to fix this to get it back to standard filter using the drop-down? Thanks.

Does this behaviour occur in other workbooks? Have you tried to open the file on another computer?

Right clicking should bring up a menu....no menu??

If there are macros, disable them.

If the file works properly on another computer, I suspect that there is something wrong with the keyboard/driver.
