When editing a comment box, the box jumps to a new location in the spreadsheet

When editing a comment box, the box sometimes jumps to a new location far removed from the cell that has the comment. I think this happens when a number of columns are hidden or later when they are made visible again. I have seen other posts that offer solutions to keep the comment box in the same place but those solutions do not seem to work when the comment box is actually right clicked to be edited. That is when they jump to a new position for me.

Does it go to the same cell when it has this problem or a random cell?

And are you sure the Comment doesn't have a hyperlink that takes you to another cell?

If the comment box is initially next to the cell H1 and when right clicked to edit, it is stil next to the cell H1 then I click off the comment box to finish editing. Then I hide columns A through G and right click cell H1 to edit the comment, the comment box jumps to the right, the same number of columns that were hidden (in this case, 7 for columns A through G).

I was wondering if there was a way to keep it from doing this.
