I work on a large master spreadsheet that contains information relevant to many different departments in my company. The workbook has separate sheets for each department. Is there a way that I can "save as" so that there are separate file icons in different folders on our shared drive that lead directly to each department's sheet?

For instance, if someone is in department X's folder on our company server's shared drive, and they see the file labeled "department X spreadsheet" they can click it and go directly to "department X sheet" on the master workbook, while someone in Department Y's folder can click on "department Y spreadsheet" and it goes directly to "Department Y sheet" on the master workbook. Would that be possible?
