Match positive and negative number

Hi,

I have a big spreadsheet where I need to match positive and negative values but the negative number comes one day later then the positive. I need to fill all those correctly so I can see what is left out. I guess it has to be done with conditional formatting but I am not sure how to do that. Maybe someone can help?

posting a sheet would have helped ( see yellow banner)
Perhaps a CF formula like =SUMPRODUCT(ABS(B1:B100))>1 and format as needed
