Complex and large file which doesn't respond smoothly to shift+f9 and f9

Hey, guys! I have a file with macros and I'm obliged to start with manual calculation. Otherwise the macros will never finish (too many cells which would update the file at every moment).

So after the VB project runs, I press shift+f9 or simply f9 and it doesn't always works as expected. It actually takes even much less time when I press f9 rather than shift+f9, but the sad thing is that the sheets do not get updated.

Some easy solution? (this is for a costumer, so I need it run easily and nicely)!

What does shift+f9 do, and how is it different from just f9? What are you actually hoping to accomplish rather than what are you trying that's not working?

Interesting that you are willing to get paid for this, but have you considered paying to get the help YOU need, by posting in the Commercial Services forum?
