how do I create a drop down menu that results in values

I need cell d4 to display the number in column b next to the applicable insurance company when the insurance company is selected from the drop down menu in cell c4. How do I do this?

I should have known to use Vlookup! I forgot what "false" does in this formula. Could you please explain? Thanks.

The false ensures that the vlookup finds an exact match to the lookup value within the lookup array. A value of true instead would allow the vlookup to find an approximate match only.
