Needs Update the Excel Paste Options!!

I use Excel to work a lot, always copy words from website and paste in Excel, but I will need to keep the format that I use in Excel. It kind of give me a headache that I have to choose the paste option every time.
It is able to change the default paste option in Word, to keep the formatting of the file, but there is no such options in Excel! That is strange! Please help!

Word is not Excel.

You can add this macro to PERSONAL.xlsb and then create a Quick Access Toolbar icon to run it. After you copy text from a web site, this macro will paste it into the current selection as plain text.
