Deleting Duplicates across rows

Hi guys. I have a list with some duplicate information across only the first 2 columns, but different information across the same row. For example:

Michael Smith 1970 Sunny Lane, Los Angeles
Michael Smith 91495 Tarzana Road, Seattle

Is there anyway that I can delete one of the duplicate Michael Smith rows, and all of the information along that particular row, even though the subsequent information is different? I don't care which one is deleted. I tried just highlighting just the first 2 cells that contain the duplicate text, and then clicking "Remove Duplicates," but all that does is delete the first 2 cells with Michael Smith, but it doesn't delete across the entire row.
