Retain information in 3 rows and sort by column

Hello,
I'm trying to sort by location but retain name with two addresses in 3 separate rows.

NAME Location
Fname Lname 7
Physical Address
Mailing Address
Fname2 Lname2 5
Physical Address
Mailing Address

Name and location are both in different columns.
If anyone can please help out. Thanks.
