Drop Down Autopopulates A Different Drop Down

So, let's say I have two drop down menus. One has fields: 1, 2, 3. The other has fields: A, B, C. Is there a way if I choose "1" from the first drop down that the second would automatically show "A". Essentially, the second drop down menu will autopopulate depending on the value of the first.

    Thanks for your help!
