    Lightbulb Identify Purchase and Sale

I have data with stocks (shares, prices, value etc) and on a daily basis the traders purchase and sale certain amount... Is there a way to highlight the transactions that they purchase and sale with the same values??

    Here is an example:
P/S Share IDShare Number of Stocks Price
    P STOCK1 13301 200,000,000.00 4.9999
    S STOCK1 13301 200,000,000.00 4.9999

    P STOCK2 13302 50,000,000.00 6.7899

The ones in black are gone, they made a purchase (P) and then a sale (S) with the same value so I only have left out the last one
I thought of using the formula CONCATENATE to create a unique ID so I can identify them by duplicates but in one key I'll have P and the other S... Any ideas???

    Hi danielg29

The obvious answer is to concatenate, but leave out the "P" and "S". Am I missing something here?

Yes indeed, but I found 2 cases when the duplicates fail
    1. When I have only one sale but 2 purchases. (I have to consider the remaining purchase)
    2. Various sales by the same values (I have to consider all of them)

So what about making other ID in which I consider P and S (Find Duplicates), and then set a specific order by the first and second ID!!

Maybe it's not possible in those cases and I'll have to find them manually...

    Hi danielg29

In the attached file, the green cells indicate that there is another like entry, and column K indicates that amount of imbalance ( so 0 = OK)

    Hope this isof some use.
