Abstracting a monthly report into yearly report

Dear Team,

how can i abstract a monthly report which i have made form jan to till date to yearly report.
suppose report contain for the month jan to march in different excel file now i want it to be a single report. How can i abstract a valves in different excel file to a single excel file.
