So, I am trying to upload thousands of addresses to Salesforce (first they were actual labels, I scanned them and then converted them from PDF to Word and then opened them in Excel).
1) I need to have them either in a single row, each part of the address in a separate column (First Name, Last Name, Company, Shipping Street)
or
2) I need them to be in the following format:sample addresses.xlsx
Name
Company
Street Address
City, State & Zip
I was told I might be able to use 'Trim' to accomplish this, but I still need help with that if that is indeed the solution. Right now the spreadsheet's formatting is all over the map, so I do realize this might take multiple steps. The attachment is a few redacted addresses.
