Excel 2010 creates custom views that have the name of a user followed by "- Personal View". Is there any way to keep Excel from creating those custom views?

It is happening in a shared file. It does not seem to happen in a file that I am not sharing. When I try to take a screenshot showing the box where the different views are displayed, Excel does not allow me to take the screenshot until that box is no longer displayed.
Sorry to say that I don't have any experience with shared file on Excel 2010
I don't think you can prevent that in a shared workbook
