    This can be easily done using "Pivots". See attached.

    Column F gives you Unique Codes
    Column G gives # of times a specific code appears in the list
    Column H = Total profit
    Colum I = Total Quantity

    Going forward, I would request you to open a new thread for any new request.

    By the way, I'm a learner too, and have learned some tricks through this lovely Forum, and people out here, just trying to contribute in my own way. I would prefer to call myself a student of excel.
