    Hi Shri,

    You have to use martindwilson's formula in

    '2012-2013 Sheet ' at M2

    Drag downward.. and check the result in Sort-Customer Sheet..

    =IF('Sort-Customer'!$B$4="all",IF(AND('Sort-Customer'!$B$2=D2,'Sort-Customer'!$B$3=E2),ROW(),""),IF(D2&E2&TEXT(A2,"yy")&TEXT(A2,"mmm")='Sort-Customer'!$B$2&'Sort-Customer'!$B$3&'Sort-Customer'!$B$4&'Sort-Customer'!$B$5,ROW(),""))

    Re: Sorting the data

    Thank you...

    But it wont works.. If I select Year as "ALL" then Month as "Sep" , then it has to display the data of 2012 & 2013 sep's details..

    Then If I select the Year as "12" Month as "ALL" then It has to display 2012 year's all month data

    Re: Sorting the data

    Option :

    1. If I select "ALL" in "YEAR", then I select "SEP" in "Month" Then it'l dispaly the cell b2 & b3 criteria's details.
    Ans : 2012 & 2013's september month's A party's A1 product's details

    2. If I select "12" in "YEAR", then I select "ALL" in "Month" Then it'l dispaly the cell b2 & b3 criteria's details.
    Ans : 2012's all month's A party's A1product's details

    Is it possible friend...
