I need help setting up an Excel sheet - If specific cells are all green it moves to anothe

    ! - - Excel Spreadsheet example.jpg

I would like to know if it is possible to have an entire row move itself to another tab provided the cells specified (see picture) are all green background. I set cells to drop down for the Clear box - The other cells turn green if someone scores as a certain number range on a test. Cells turn the light green if someone has passed a step. It would be nice if I could get the row to move to 'Ready to schedule' tab when cells F, H, J, L all are green shown. I would manually enter info, but as I do it (provided cells F, H, J, L all turn green it would just automatically move to the 'Ready to schedule' tab. That would be great - can anyone help me accomplish this ?
