Macro merging data help[Excel 2007]

Hi,
Can anybody help me with the following problem:

So basically I would need a macro, that copies the first row of both sheets and then copies the data to the perspective columns, from both sheets only when the name(String) exactly matches.

Keep in mind this is a multi thousand row excel sheet.

It could be done in java programming, but can it also be done in an Excel macro, to make life easier for my coworkers?
