highlight selection based on dropdown selection and value in answer column

I would like to highlight cells based on 2 criteria. First I need to select a product from the dropdown menu, second I need to reference a value based on the selection from the drop down menu. For example If I select "Apple" from the drop down menu it would use the "10" value to check the answer column and either change the background green if => 10 or red if < 10. Each product has a different value. Any help would be greatful. I have attached a sample workbook to help out.
