Thanks for the help but I failed utilize it as I am using Office 2003 and your one is related with Office 2007.
hi Candan,
select the row / column , go to Home - conditional formatting - highlight Cell rules - Duplicate values this will highlight the duplicates
if you want to remove duplicate then ,
Go to Home - Data - Remove duplicate

Sorry! I am not getting it. I had to mention that I am using Office 2003 and perhaps your suggestion is for Higher Version.
