    Triangular distributions for Excel

I am trying to use Excel 2010 to do some simple Monte Carlo analysis where the data inputs are three points estimates modelled as triangular distributions. So each input has a min, most likely and max value.

For each input I'd like Excel to pull out a random number based on the triangular distribution for that input, and I will then use the output for a Monte Carlo simulation.

Is it possible to get Excel to do this without having to get an add-in like @Risk?

I'd very much appreciate your help with this.

    Thank you.
